Swiss Gallery will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or be unsatisfied with an item received on the following conditions:

If any items in your order prove to be faulty, please return the items to Swiss Gallery with a copy of the delivery note, call the Swiss Gallery Customer Service Team to obtain a returns number and also indicate whether you would like to receive a refund (including delivery costs) or an exchange. Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

If you change your mind, you may return any product to Swiss Gallery, unopened and in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of your delivery. Certain exclusions apply. See the paragraph below. Please contact Swiss Gallery to obtain a return number, include why the product has been returned and indicate whether you would like to receive a refund (excluding your original delivery charge) or an exchange.

Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, personalised goods made to a customer’s specifications may not be returned. When your item is a specially ordered large item, we do not keep stock of this item, and we will raise an order through a supplier direct to you. In such cases, you may not be able to return your goods if they are unwanted; however, if you experience problems with your goods or order, then please contact the Swiss Gallery Team.

For further details on returning your purchase to the Swiss Gallery store, please refer to the reverse of your delivery note. In all cases, you must obtain a returns number by contacting the Swiss Gallery Team; this will ensure we can track all parts of the returns process.

As an authorised retailer for all our brands, each item we sell is supplied by the brands and fully covered by their individual international warranty. Giving you peace of mind your purchase is authentic and covered for any manufacturing faults.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We take your security very seriously and use active fraud analysis software to reduce the risk of unlawful payments.

We offer Free Next Day Delivery for all in-stock items on orders. UK deliveries are fully tracked and insured using a signed for next-day service*. Orders placed before 3 pm will be dispatched the same day between Monday and Friday, for delivery before 1 pm the next day.

Order any in-stock item before 4:00 pm Monday – Friday for same-day dispatch. You may choose to upgrade to your preferred delivery service during the checkout process. All deliveries are fully insured, and a signature may be required.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed by 9 am can be selected at the checkout at an additional cost of £40.

*While most of our standard deliveries arrive the next day, our postal services sometimes guarantee this. Customers that require delivery by a specific date or time are advised to upgrade as outlined above. Please note not all of our items will be available for next-day delivery.
